fall

I love Autumn! I love the changing of the leaves, I love the crispness in the air, I love crunchy mouth watering apples and spicy pumpkin cake! I love the Orchard! But I also love crafts. In fact, my motto could be "I never met a craft I didn't love". Sewing, knitting, scrapbooking, painting, drawing, you name it...I love crafts!

These are my newest craft loves: knit APPLES!

I am making them for my "littles". Hands-on apple countin' fun! [eventually there will be five]

Next I want to try these

and these

I recently accepted the lead teacher position in the Older Infant Room and I LOVE it! I love planning curriculum and thinking of ideas for my 9-16 month olds. Most of my ideas are coming from this wealth of information. Mari-Ann is a girl friend from high school and she currently lives on the island of Bermuda. I am trying to incorporate "some" Montessori ideas into my classroom!

Some cute books I picked up at Barnes and Noble last night for our Fall theme this week!

Now, if I can only come up with a good idea to decorate the front vestibule for October...
